Sample Tickets

The Rezware 2000 checkins and ticketing module checks in your customers and prints any desired reservation information, including customer info, product/event/inventory info, starting times, ending times, etc., on a physical ticket and/or optional ticket stubs depending on your operational needs. Standard Rezware 2000 tickets, vouchers and/or event/venue passes are blank white stock. Typically they are  designed in either 2, 3, 4, or 5 stub configurations, however any stub configuration can be utilized.

Typically the bottom back stub is somewhat larger to facilitate the preprinting of any legal disclaimer required by your company. Rezware 2000 tickets can be customized with your company logos, slogans, artwork, colors or any configuration you desire to present a more sophisticated and professional image. Rezware 2000 ticket designs and configurations are limited only by your imagination.

The below examples illustrate four sample Rezware 2000 tickets and are not to scale or size.

Example #1; 3 Stub Vertical Ticket

This ticket, for a cruise ship, is an example of heavy coloring, with corporate logos, graphics and custom text. In this example, this 3-stub ticket prints boarding information from the Rezware 2000 system on both the top and bottom stubs. The top smaller stub is detached by the employees monitoring boarding for each passenger, (and taken back to the office for later reconciliation against the passenger manifest).

The center stub prints “Buffet” for customer admission to the buffet service, (if the passenger purchased that option during their reservation in the Rezware 2000 system), and is detached by the employees monitoring the buffet service.

The bottom stub is kept by the customer as a souvenir, which includes a legal disclaimer.

Example #2;  2 Stub Horizontal Ticket

This ticket, for a regional airline, is an example of multi coloring with a photographic background theme on one side and a watermarked background on the other side, as well as logos, graphics and custom text.

In this example, this 2-stub ticket prints boarding information from the Rezware 2000 system on both the left and right stubs. The left smaller stub is detached by the employees monitoring boarding for each passenger, (and taken back to the office for later reconciliation against the passenger manifest).

The right stub is kept by the customer as a receipt for their right of passage and includes a legal disclaimer.

Example #3; 2 Stub Vertical Ticket

This ticket, for an international tour operator, is an example of watermarked logo’s allowing printing over the entire face of the ticket vertically, with a legal disclaimer on the back of the tickets bottom stub.

In this example, this 2-stub ticket prints tour admission information from the Rezware 2000 system on both the top and bottom stubs. The top smaller stub is detached by the employees monitoring tour admission for each customer, (and taken back to the office for later reconciliation against the tour manifest).

The bottom stub is kept by the customer as a souvenir, which includes a legal disclaimer.

Example #4;  2 Stub Horizontal Ticket

This ticket, for a tour operator, is another example of a single watermarked logo allowing printing over the entire face of the ticket horizontally, with a legal disclaimer on the back of the tickets larger left stub.

In this example, this 2-stub ticket prints tour admission information from the Rezware 2000 system on both the left and right stubs. The right smaller stub is detached by the employees monitoring tour admission for each customer, (and taken back to the office for later reconciliation against the tour manifest).

The left stub larger stub is kept by the customer as a souvenir, which includes a legal disclaimer.
