Scheduled Event Bookings

The Rezware 2000 Scheduled Events Booking module is a user-friendly, intuitive, yet efficient system designed to give your reservations agents quick, complete, reliable and up to the second real time product and service information and availability.

All information concerning your scheduled events including starting and ending dates, starting and ending times, sales, current availability, pricing, taxes, reservation statuses and seating are retrievable in two mouse clicks or less. Easy navigation of product and service bookings allows your reservations agents to book more products and services in less time, increasing employee productivity and customer satisfaction due to immediate response times.  

- Module Features -
·  Openly definable and unlimited product and service codes and descriptions
·  Full cost tracking by product and price type
·  Discontinue products with a single mouse click
·  “Block” products for reservations “no sale” by single day, or range of days
·  Openly customizable ticket formats and types may be assigned to specific products, or one · .ticketing format and type for all products
·  Openly definable pricing types, i.e. Adult, Child, Senior, VIP, Member, Group, etc.
·  Prices assignable by date ranges, i.e. (May 1 to June 30 seasonal, etc.)
·  Unlimited tax types with openly definable calculation formulas
·  Prices may be multi-tiered, i.e. Retail, Rack Rate, Wholesale, etc.
·  Specific taxes may be assigned to specific line items, or global taxes for all items
·  Each price type may be designated commissionable or non-commissionable to inside sales ·..agents, outside sales agencies or outside sales agents within agencies
·  Unlimited products may be booked on individual or group reservations
·  Line item product status tracking by: Reserved, Complete, Cancel, No Show, On Hold, Wait List
·  One click calendar interface displays products for selected day or any range of days
·  Product display detail includes starting and ending dates, starting and ending times,  original ·..availability, total sold and up to the second current availability   
·  Right clicking on product displays notes or product information enabling reservation agents to ·..answer detailed customer questions during bookings or inquiries 
·  Overselling product(s) requires supervisor level password override 
·  Designate specific products to be available only for specific customer types

- Seating Features -
·  Openly definable vehicles, forms of transportation, venues, etc.
·  Openly definable and unlimited seating charts for each vehicle or venue
·  Openly definable seating classes, i.e., First Class, Coach, First Row, Top Deck, etc.
·  Openly definable quantities & availability may be assigned per seat, i.e. General Seating=100,... ·...Seat 2a=1, First Row = 50, etc.
·  Seating classes may be attached to specific prices, i.e., only first class seats are available for ·...customer assignment when a first class price is selected
·  Specific vehicles or venues, with specific seating charts, may be assigned to specific events
·  Seating availability and event availability may be tracked together or separately
·  Split and assign multiple seating sub quantities over total event sold quantities 
·  Overselling seats requires supervisor level password override 
·  Non seating assignments to events, or seat assignment quantities not matching event sold ·..quantities requires supervisor level password override
·  Seating module can be turned "off" or "on" in the reservations module
