Outside Sales Agency/Agents

The Rezware 2000 Outside Sales Agency/Agents module includes complete and accurate management and tracking of outside companies and agencies and/or agents, including travel agents and third party resellers that book or sell your reservations products and services. This dynamic and powerful module includes commissions, discounts, and revenue management and tracking by outside sales agency and/or individual agents within agencies.

All documents and correspondence in the Rezware 2000 system can also be printed by and to the outside sales agency or individual agent within agencies for customer reservations including invoices, statements, confirmation letters and Microsoft Word documents to name a few.

·  Manages all demographic data on outside agency and unlimited agents within agencies
·  Openly definable agency type groupings; i.e. Travel Agent, Wholesaler, Contract, etc.
·  Agencies and/or agents can be setup on Accounts Receivable OR Accounts Payable... ...compensation method, (by commission payable OR real time reservations discount method)
·  Openly definable payment types can be defined or specified for acceptance in Accounts... ....Receivable, i.e. "Cash Only", "Credit Card Only", Company Check", etc.
·  Openly definable payment terms can be defined or specified for acceptance in Accounts... ....Receivable, i.e. "COD", "Net 10", "Net 30", etc.
·  Generates mailing labels by multiple criteria for agencies, agents within agencies, or both

·  Auto prompts for outside agency and/or agent during reservations booking if module activated
·  Add new agencies and agents "on the fly" during reservations booking process
·  Automatically deduct commission through a discount on customer reservation line item(s) by... ...percentage, .for outside sales agency, agent or both resulting in net total due to outside agency
