The RezWare Custom Products and Services Booking module is a user-friendly, intuitive, yet efficient system designed to give your reservations agents quick, complete, reliable and up to the second real time product and service information and availability on all products and services that require "on-the-fly" bookings based on customer requests.

Unlike the RezWare Schedule Events Booking module which manages a predetermined availability based on starting dates, ending dates and starting and ending times, the custom products and services booking module gives you complete flexibility when booking open ended starting and ending dates, and starting and ending times, based on the type of products and services that are available and requested by your customers.

A "flight board" visually driven representation of existing product and service bookings, as well as current availability allows your reservations agents to book more products and services in less time, increasing employee productivity and customer satisfaction due to immediate response times.  

·  Openly definable "resources", i.e. third party vendors or products, charter vehicles, time-share units, hotel rooms, rental items, properties, etc.
·  One click calendar interface for bookings, and displays up to the second availability of products and resources by single date, range of days, starting and ending times
