iRez Systems today announced its selection to provide reservation software services for the Machu Picchu Train Company. As part of an overall re-launching of the rail service between Cuzco to Machu Picchu, the Train will utilize both call center and online sales for both the general public and tour agencies. “With so many sales channels to serve, RezWare and RezWEB were the obvious choice.”
The award includes a RezWare reservation system hosted in iRez Systems’ data center, and RezWEB, the fully integrated online booking module. Through the use of this industry leading end to end solution, Machu Picchu Train can offer its clients, partners and employees a world class reservation system with internet, walk up and phone reservation capabilities.
